A working business

EasyMoveMCR were taking bookings. Jobs were going out. Customers were happy. But every booking involved the same chain of manual steps: WhatsApp back-and-forth, copy-pasting addresses, chasing payments, and remembering to send confirmation. Customer enters postcode
A UK postcode API fires instantly: collection and drop-off addresses autocomplete in full. No mistyped streets. No manual corrections later.
Date and time selected
Calendly and Google Calendar integration shows real available slots. The customer books directly. The calendar updates immediately, with no double-bookings and no back-and-forth.
Payment taken via Stripe
Card details entered, payment processed, receipt issued. Stripe webhooks fire the moment the transaction completes. The system doesn't wait.
Google Sheets logs everything
Customer name, contact details, collection address, drop-off address, number of items, date, time, and payment status, all written to the live spreadsheet CRM automatically. Every field. Every time.
